SaaS Referral Agreement Template
To be an authorized affiliate of NIHONGO MASTER, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the NIHONGO MASTER service as an affiliate. By signing up for the NIHONGO MASTER affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

These are the complete terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate program. “We” and “Our” refers to NIHONGO MASTER and “you” refers to the Applicant. “Program” means this Affiliate Program. “Sign Up” and “Signs Up” refers to when a new user registers for NIHONGO MASTER without purchasing a subscription plan. “Subscribe” refers to a new or existing user purchasing a monthly, bi-annual, or annual subscription plan. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.
Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the program you’ll need to complete a NIHONGO MASTER Affiliate Application (if you have not already done so).
We reserve the right to decline and remove enrollment into the program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted you’ll enjoy all of our Referral benefits.
Benefits
a) Product Content.
We will give you content to help you sell NIHONGO MASTER’s product.
b) Commissions for SignUps and Subscriptions.
Our commission structure is by far one of the most generous in the software industry. For every “Sign Up” event completed by a visitor from your site, you will receive $0.10 as a flat fee. If a visitor from your site becomes a paying subscriber of NIHONGO MASTER, you will earn 30% commission on the original payment, and 10% on all subsequent payments until such user chooses to cancel.
As of August 23, 2016, NIHONGO MASTER has plans ranging between $20 per month and $160 per year per user. Current pricing can be found under the Account – Payment tab when you are logged into NIHONGO MASTER.
We occasionally run sales and promotions – and would be happy to run one specifically for your customers – so your commission will be off the net purchase price.
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal from NIHONGO MASTER’s Affiliate tracking software.
Each link provided by NIHONGO MASTER has a Referral ID attached. We can’t track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your Referral link.
When a prospect visits our site from your Referral link, we will be able to register their purchase (if/when they make one), and credit the sale to you.
Alternatively, you may register the lead with us via your Affiliate Dashboard.
Terminations
Both NIHONGO MASTER and the Affiliate can end the relationship at anytime. The details of this agreement have been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between NIHONGO MASTER and its valued Affiliates. Hopefully we have demonstrated our obligations for you to become a highly prosperous Affiliate Partner.
